Project description
Project no. 21550 is financed by the European Commission's Recovery and Resilience Facility, under Coaching 4.0 — Support for Business Models for the Digital Transition of SMEs (investment 04 — Digital Transition of Businesses, component 16 — Companies 4.0), which aims to foster the integration of technologies, supporting the development of organisational processes and skills that drive the digital transformation of the business model.
Objectives
- Definition of a tailored digital marketing strategy, identification of target audiences, selection of digital channels, planning and execution of campaigns, and the respective monitoring and analysis of results;
- Assessment of the company's digital maturity and strategic guidance for adopting new technologies, processes and digital practices.
Expected results
- Improve communication;
