The fluvial beach is integrated in a set of physical support equipments and of several valorizations of the natural spaces, with leisure and sport areas, children's playground, picnic tables and shower area. Besides the enjoyment of the bathing activity, the river beach is intended for the practice of canoeing and extreme sports.
The Vouga Ecopista, implemented in the old section of the Vouga railway line and which follows the Vouga River for 11 km, from the mouth of the Mau River to the Cedrim Stop, upstream of the Vouga River, highlights the Poço de Santiago Bridge, architectural ex-libris of the municipality, the railway tunnels, which give the landscape a unique charm and the bucolic environment preserved by the image of the "Vouguinha", the emblematic steam train that crossed the lush landscapes of this valley.
The Cabreia Waterfall is the ultimate symbol of Nature's whim, where the waters of the Mau River gain speed and strength before plummeting down a rocky hillsideUndoubtedly beautiful and relaxing, the Cabreia Waterfall can offer its visitors a bit of everything: the freshness caused by the water fall in the fluvial basin and a dense vegetation, the inviting nooks and crannies for more romantic feelings, the tables and benches that come to meet those who want to associate rest and gastronomic taste.
